How it Works
Refer a Patient Financial Assistance patient to us. We have one of the best referral programs in the industry.
Depending on the service selected, you receive between $25, $35 or $50 per client per month.
How Much are the Referral Fees?
Patient Financial Assistance $25
Refer a Patient Financial Assistance patient to us.
If the patient signs up and pays for our services, you receive $25 and pays for our services, you receive $25 for each month the patient is enrolled in our services.
Patient Advocacy $35
Refer a Patient Advocacy client to us.
If the patient signs up and pays for our services, you receive $35 and pays for our services, you receive $35 for each month the patient is enrolled in our services.
Patient Advocacy and Assistance $50
Refer a Patient Financial Assistance and Advocacy patient to us.
If the patient signs up for BOTH financial assistance and advocacy and pays for our services, you receive $50 for each month the patient is enrolled in our services.
Client A - Signs up for Patient Advocacy services for six (6) months. You receive $35 x 6 = $210 for helping out a friend or loved one.
Client B - Signs up for Patient Financial Assistance for one (1) month. You receive $25 x 1 = $25.
Client C - Signs up for Patient Financial Assistance and Patient Advocacy services for eleven (11) months. You received $50 x 11 = $555.
How do you know I referred someone?
When you sign up for our referral program, you will be given a link that you can provide patients who sign up for our services. Once that patient signs up and becomes a paying client, Blue Cube Medical will be notified. You will be also be notified when you can expect payment of your referrals as well as when the client is no longer subscribing to our services.
Is there a maximum number of referrals I can send to you?
No. You can refer as many persons as you like.
Can I share referral fees with other people?
Yes and no. You can share the referral fee with other parties outside of Blue Cube Medical. However, Blue Cube Medical only makes payment to one person at a time.
Will I know the medical conditions or insurance coverage that my referral may have?
No. We never give that information to anyone but the referral client and anyone she/ he may want medical information disclosed (i.e. insurance companies, physicians and other similar parties). You will only see the referral amount and .
What is the referral timeframe for payment? (In other words, how long is the***
The payment period is from the first calendar day of the month, to the end last calendar of the month. For example: May 1 - 31, February 1 - 28, September 1- 30.
How often do you pay referrals?
We pay referrals once a month, on or about the 7th day of the month unless the 7th is on a Saturday or Sunday

I have not received my payment as yet. How long should it take?
If the payment is electronic (i.e. via Square, Stripe or CashApp, it should appear on the 7th day of the month unless the 7th is on a Saturday or Sunday. In that case, the payment will be on the following Monday.
If you opted for a paper check to be mailed to your home, the check will be mailed on the 7th of the month or the following Monday. It should arrive within 3 -5 business days (depending on the United States Postal Service delivery times in your area).
