What is a Referral Program?
A referral program is used by businesses to get people to send other people to become customers. Businesses such as Blue Cube Medical reward people who send us new Clients with free or discounted services or cash for "pay-it-forward" incentives.
How many referral programs do you have?
Currently, we have one Referral Program: the Combined Patient Financial Assistance and Advocacy Service.
Can anyone submit a referral?
Anyone is welcome to refer a friend, family member, coworker or anyone else who needs help paying existing medical bills or getting advocacy services to receive the medical treatments they could otherwise not afford.
If you are a professional affiliate or marketing expert, you are more than welcome to participate in our Referral programs too!
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer to Blue Cube Medical?
No, not at all. The more people you refer to Blue Cube Medical, the more people you help.
What happens if I successfully refer someone?
Great question. You have two options:
Option One: You sign up yourself, then you can add another person for free.
Option Two: We pay you $25 for each individual referral. For example, if you refer one person, you receive $25. If you refer ten people, you receive $250, so on and so forth.
If I select Option One, how do I add another person?
Once you complete your personal request, you will be given the option to add another person at the end of the application process.
If I select Option Two, what information do I need to provide in order to collect my referral fee?
In order for Blue Cube Medical to process any referral fees to you, we will need some basic contact information such as your full name, email address, as well as your preferred method of payment.
You will need to provide your email address and other contact information for initial sign-up. Upon approval, Blue Cube Medical will provide you a special code to identify you to your referrals. If requested, Blue Cube Medical marketing materials will be made available to you as needed to help promote to your referral audience as well. (Our typical turnaround time for acceptance into our program is approximately 1 - 2 business days).
What are the payment options?
Your payment options include PayPal, SquareUp, CashApp or mailed bank check. You will be able to select the option that best suits your needs when you sign-up for the program.
Please note: We only pay out in United States Dollars (USD). We do not pay in cryptocurrencies (i.e. BitCoin or any other altcoins.)
Does my referral get anything?
Most definitely. Blue Cube Medical's Referral programs are all 'pay-it-forward', meaning that each person who signs up as a Client receives a discount on their service(s).
Option One: When you refer a person after you sign up, that individual will receive the same quality service that you receive - all at no out-of-pocket cost to that person.
Option Two: When you utilize paid referrals, the following occurs:
Specifically, your referral receives 20% off their service. Our standard fee is $99. Therefore, the person(s) you refer pay $79.20.
You receive $25, your referral receives 20% off.
Do you offer any marketing materials?
To make it easier for you, we offer promotional materials for affiliates, influencers, and other marketing specialists. These items are to each of our 40+ medical specialties to best assist our marketing partners in their respective efforts. We include templates for social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. We also have content material for your email lists, websites, and more including infographics, date sheets and more.
When will receive my referral fees?
When your referral signs up for one Blue Cube Medical’s services, we automatically credit your referral account with the individual referral’s purchase(s).
Our payment schedule is as follows:
Referrals credited Sunday 12:00 AM - Saturday 11:59 PM central standard time (CST): payment is made on the following Friday by 5:00 PM central standard time.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, we process referrals weekly, making payments to our referral partners every Friday. If we have problems verifying the accuracy or validity of a referral, we reserve the right to delay or deny any payment.
What are delayed referrals?
These are referrals that require additional verification and are processed once our internal validation process is completed: Payment is made once the validation is complete. This process may take up to two cycles (two weeks) to approve or disapprove the referral. You will be informed each week whether the referral verification process has been completed and approved or not).
How will I know if my referral has signed up for a Blue Cube Medical service?
You can stay up to date on the process of each of your active referrals via the following methods:
If you refer a person using a referral link, you will be able to see the referral process from end-to-end. If you do not use a referral link, you will be notified throughout the process via email notifications from the Blue Cube Medical Referral Team. We send email notifications once a day, Tuesday - Friday. Referrals received on the weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) are processed on the following Tuesday.
Can I share referral fees with other people?
Yes and no. You can share the referral fee with other parties outside of Blue Cube Medical. However, Blue Cube Medical only makes payment to one person at a time.
Will I know the medical conditions or insurance coverage that my referral may have?
No. We never give that information to anyone but the client and anyone she/ he may want medical information disclosed (i.e. insurance companies, physicians and other similar parties). You will only see the referral amount and date the Client signs up for Blue Cube Medical Services and the date the referral payment was sent to you.
Do I have to fill out tax forms if I refer someone?
In the United States, anyone who submits successful referrals that total over $600 is required to complete an IRS W-9 form. This form reports any earnings made through Blue Cube Medical as taxable income to the Internal Revenue Service.

of completing your application.
